M22, I also have a baking question for you. I'm dying to make a s'more type casserole. It would be awesome to put the gram cracker, chocolate, and marshmellow together and bake it. Any suggestions?

Yes, our turtle's name is Speedy.

I would suggest a glass casserole dish sprayed with Pam-non stick cooking spray, then layering the items. But, do not layer it all the way to the top just in case it overflows. Also, before baking it, but the casserole dish onto a baking pan. So if anything does happens to go over, you will have an easier time cleaning off the baking sheet rather than your oven. Sounds like a yummy dessert.

You could get a premade graham cracker crust, and just fill it . I am with you on the weight thing. Especially with drinking alot of sodas, and cappacino drinks .

My daughter had gone to school today. She attended the entire day, but came home with a fever so I think she will stay home tomorrow. DS is taking a long nap, so we will have a long evening tonight with both kids .
