What about making her a mud pie? There is no cake involved. An Oreo crust, ice cream, whipped cream, and you can sprinkle it with nuts, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, crushed Oreos, crushed toffee bits, or anything else. YUM! I made some, and have it in our freezer, I might just have to have some tonight .
