If no one else smells it, it very well could be olfactory hallucinations. I have had 2 auditory hallucinations since Jan, and while researching that, I learned about olfactory hallucinations. My dr. said that my auditory hallucinations were nothing to worry about (they were not of a violent nature or anyone telling my to do anything....more or less sounded like a very faint radio). So I'm guessing if this is going on with you, it's probably harmless, but definately mention it to your dr. These hallucinations are like mini-seizures. I got concerned when my dr. told me that, be he reassured me it was no big deal.
