Smelling the roses??

Is it possible to smell the roses in Disney?? My DH and I are taking our 2nd couples trip and I really want to ENJOY all the little things that are DISNEY!!
What things do you do to "smell the roses?"

We always get some Dole Whips...find a nice spot and just enjoy whats going on around us.

Oh I love peoplewatching! Sometimes we'll grab a snack (Mickey Head ice cream anyone?), sit back and just relax for a bit.

Sometimes, when the hubs and dd are going on Splash for the 18th time, I like to stand on the bridge and people/ride watch.

My inlaws love getting up super early and stroll around the resort before the madness of the day hits.
