Smell inside E.T.?

Is the scent inside the E.T. building intentional?

If it is intentional, what is the name of the scent? How did they make it? Can you buy it?

Yes, the forest smell is intentional. I have no idea what they use to make it but every once in a while, I'll be somewhere that smells like it and inhale deeply saying, "mmmmm, ET".

My son likes to go on the ET ride just to inhale the smell!

Really? there is a foresty smell in there? all I can remember "smelling" is old people and dust.

(I don't like this ride....I would like to see it either updated or replaced (sorry ET lovers))

I don't ride E.T very often,I rode it three days ago and without a doubt that forest queue is one of the coolest ones out there,the scent also adds to the atmosphere.The ride itself is very nice for kids,however the whole giving your name so E.T says it at the end was totally off as I couldn't understand 1% of what E.T said.I know that the movie is 30 years old and one day just like Jaws,BTTF and King Kong before it Universal will get rid of it,I probably won't miss it as much as those other ones but it really is a very nice attraction.
