This may be all in my head but.... I have a big family. 4 kids / 6 of us in all. I have been to WDW 4 times with the whole group and only twice with one or two of my kids solo (while husband and daughter napped!) Was I imagining it or did I get alot more CM interaction / attention when I was with just my twins or with my older daughter? It certainly felt like it.... just small stuff, you know, like conversations, stickers, pin trading,a bit more pixie dust. I never had "one" child since we had the twins first, but I sometimes look at families with a doting mother, father and sometimes even grandparents all photographing and filming one little kid somewhat longingly. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want "less" kids- I just wonder if being such a large group (mob scene) takes away from the little things I always hear happen to others.... just wondering....

i think it is just easier to help and personalize attention to smaller groups of people. it could be that with a group with many kids less attention may be paid to them because you as a mom knows what happens when each child isnt treated exactly the same. someones feelings may get hurt because the princess spent more time with her then me etec,

When we go to WDW, it's always just me and my DS12. I've never noticed that we get any more attention than anyone else. Maybe it's just smaller families that you notice? :confused3 I know when we're walking around, I always seem to notice the larger families.

Our last trip, and upcoming one, were just myself and DD(7). The only thing different I noticed is that more people offer to take our picture then in the past when I've been with a bigger group of people. For that I am very grateful because if not all of our pictures from last trip would have been of DD only, it is great having so many pics of the two of us together.

:cheer2: 56 days and counting

I notice that when I take the baby out by myself she gets so much attention I can bearly get anyway. However her 4 year old sister is around people don't give the baby as much attention (as not to leave her sister out.) When it is myself, DH, 2 nephews, 1 DN and my 2 DD not as much in general, just too big of a group.
