Yep, I am using Marion and she has been great! Got me everything I wanted and was really nice.

Used Josephine many, many times. She's very patient with my many requests for rates. When there's a good sale on airfare, I keep hoping I can get a great deal for my hotel/park stay. We've done hotel stays and our most recent cruise. We also rebooked while onboard and tranferred the reservation to her.

Yes I have twice ! My agent is Deanna ,a little slow returning emails /calls but otherwise is fantastic!I just tell her everything I want and she does the work(comes in handy as I don't have alot of time to be on the phone )Best of all their services are free!

We've used them once. I felt a little out of control on the whole thing, but that could be saying more about me than them...

Overall, we got everything that we wanted. Not sure we'll use them again.

I'm using them for our upcoming October trip with 9 people. My agent is Missy. She is great. She answers my emails very fast, even on the weekends. I even call her sometimes just to ask her option on somethings that I read on the message boards.

I have used SMV...NEVER AGAIN! I do not trust these internet companies. The so called agents that work for them are rude, and unprofessional, and never get back with you in a timely manner, you will be much better off going to a AAA Travel Agency in your local area, the discounts AAA give you are unbelievable and no other Agency can compare. You do not have to be a AAA member to use them. I saved over $150.00 on my vacation package w/AAA Travel.

I used them for our disney cruise in 2004. While I received adequate service it lacked the kind of individual attention that they promoted. My agent was, how can I say this???...well she was basically uninterested in my trip. She took my reservation but that was about all. Then she went on a month long vacation right before my trip. Also, you had to use a special calling card code to reach her which I am sure they have changed by now. Finally, during the hurricane that shortened my cruise from four days to three, she was totally unsupportive and unconcerned about our issues (whether to cancel or not).

Okay, it sounds worse than it was, but I attribute most of my comments to the individual agent. I agree with a previous poster that it is nicer to have face to face contact. I hate waiting for a return call or email.

I used Small World this time and while I didn't get any great cost breaks because I booked a land/sea package I have been very please with my agent - Cissy. When we first booked I booked a reservation for my friends as well as my own and then I had problems with commitment from the other family. Cindy was with me through every reschedule try and every problem I encountered with them. She worked diligently even through Katrina because she lives in Alabama.

I would use them again.

I did get a quote from them, but I didn't use them. I booked my package through AAA, and I will continue to sing their praises. My AAA package was $250 cheaper than any other TA (including Small World) It was sooooo worth the price of the AAA membership (about $40)!

We have used Small World twice, Marion both times and couldn't be happier!
She is NEVER rude, unprofessional or delayed in getting back to me. She booked our ADRs, got us connecting rooms and has answered all our questions.

I know if we go again, I will use Small World!

THis is the first time that we ahve used SMall World Travel, and I have been very happy with them! Tracy is our agent and lives in CA- we live across the country! So all of our correspondence has been via email due to the time difference. Shehas been extremely helpful in changing dates for us, chaning flight times with ME, etc...She also responds back very quickly, and she even offered to make all of my ADR's. I thought it would be easier to do that myself in case the times I wanted weren't available. I would deifinitely use her again!

Leigh has been fantastic with us!

This is the second year we work with her. She is NJ and we are in Mexico, and she has always sent us our confirmations, etc, via ups or dhl, so we have gotten everything on time every time.

And I love doing everythin through the internet.
