I have received quotes from Small World and Dreams Unlimited. Both are very close in price and similiar. I would like to know if anyone has had any problems with either or if you have had exceptional customer service with either one. This is a big trip for me and I want to make sure that I do this right. Thanks in advance.

I have been dealing with Karen Nunn at Small World and she has been completely wonderful! :) Super prompt getting back to me about the smallest question and detail. If Dreams is lower, I'm pretty sure they'll make sure theirs is priced the same.

She is really on the ball about getting discounts added after purchase. We ended up with Free Dining and then just recently our last night (which we had made a split) discounted as well... saved us about $700 in total.

She also booked La Nouba and MNSSHP tickets for us. She offered to do our ADRs, but I really wanted to do those... I couldn't do the last day's because we were out of country, so she called and got us exactly the ones we wanted. She also took care of our room requests and everything.

She is super great and I've heard positive things from others about Small World as well... Karen is listed in the Unofficial Guide book - I E-mailed all of them and she was the only one to return my E-mail AND it was super prompt.

This is our first time and although I've gotten a lot of info on my own, she has really explained the nuances of things I didn't quite understand.

Since finding this web site some 10 years ago I've always bootked through Dreams, never had a problem.

Just to even the voting out, I used Jo at Small World vacations a couple years ago and she was great, getting us discounts on our rooms, AND morning ADRs to CRT.

We've used Small World the last few trips (we had Karen as well!!!) and she does a super job. She was all over getting us discounts, even e-mailed me from her vacation to let me know a discount had come out that I could use and that she had contacted her sub and to let me know the sub was applying the discount for our trip. I'm sure Dreams is good as well, just wanted to give my opinion on Small World and the awesome Karen Nunn :thumbsup2

I had a horrible experience with Small World last year. We booked a package at BLT 2 bedroom and got our confirmation from our agent with the final payment due date.

About three weeks before the final payment due date, our agent sent a mass email to everyone who had trips booked -- letting us know that she was going on a cruise during our payment due date and was calling payment due three weeks prior to the original date. In other words, we had two days to pay.

Now, normally this wouldn't have been a big deal to us but we were in the middle of a military move and had a HUGE credit card bill --for which we were being reimbursed.

It was a complete struggle to figure out how to arrange funds to pay for my vacation three weeks early with two days advance notice. I even emailed Sue the owner of Small World and didn't receive a response.

I thought it was VERY unprofessional!!!

Used small world a couple of times, cant remember if I used DU once or not.

Never had a problem with either, but pretty sure with the info out there now you could do it all yourself just fine.

We've used Josephine from Small World Vacations multiple times.

We love her! :)

She has always helped us to book exactly what we want, and always watches for and gets us the discounts as they come out even after you have booked.

We would highly recommend her! :thumbsup2

We used SWV and Diana was amazing. She was very prompt with answering any and all questions. We leave in a week and the money we saved will be spent well while we are there!!! :lmao:

I had never used either and after hearing about them I called customer service at Disney and asked them about these places and got them to price everything aswell to make sure prices were in line etc. I used Small World and never had a problem. They found a deal for me that wasn't advertised which allowed me to save $300. That was for a 4 day 3 night booking so it helped alot! Never used Dreams so can't comment but I'm sure either one would work since they are both good companies.:thumbsup2
