Saying que and entrance have been changed some and stroller parking area moved.New paint and dolls are spiffy looking again.Looking forward to seeing on our upcoming trip.

Yep, it is open. Or so it says on Deb's (http://www.allearsnet.com/index.html)site. There is also pics and reviews there. Some folks like it, and say it is not all that different, but cleaner,brighter, and all fixed up. Hope this helps. Looking forward to seeing it soon, it was closed the last 3 times I went!

Thanks for the update, my dd will be more than thrilled when she asks if Small World is open yet. It's the only ride I can get her on, she's not such a thrill seeker but I can't even get her on the carasoul! I guess I'll be able to give a good review upon our return of our upcoming trip because I'm sure I'll be riding it at least a half dozen times!! LOL!! (joke's on me!)

Thanks for those photos safetymom! The entrance looks much better and it looks like they added some color to that last room! Actually looking forward to it!

The one thing I have been wondering that might be different and noticed no one has really commented on.....is it super crowded now that it is all shiny and refurbished??
I mean we can usually walk right on small world while other parts of Fantasyland are starting to get busy, however when the other rides are all at 30 minutes plus waiting time then everyone gets my idea and jumps on small world as well. We would never consider waiting more than 5 minutes for this attraction (no offense).
I hoping that it is still an old favorite that we can enjoy when we want but not have to "plan for" like some other rides in the park.
Anyone with recent experience with Small World during moderate busy conditions around the whole MK park??

Awesome news! The DVD Disney sent us said it would be closed longer. We were all very sad because that is one of our favorites. The pictures of the new and improved Small World look great.

it is open, seems to look better....

apparently, all dolls are the same... except 2. Maybe a small world expert can find which 2 dolls have been added...
