Last Month we took the Small World ride in MK as we often do. I noticed some changes. The costumes on the children looked new. They looked like they had just come out of a box rather than being worn for several years. Then it looked like most things had a new coat of paint. The whole place looked like opening day. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

i actually thought the same on our trip in November.

It was closed for a few weeks in 2002 for a cleaning and sprucing. They painted and cleaned up everything.

My Mom thought the same thing. In fact she noticed that the ride seemed to have a lot of things missing from the rooms. Then we remembered that when it was made for the Worlds Fair it was sponsered by Pepsi. You can't find Pepsi anywhere in the parks, that's because they have a deal with Coke. I think they had to change things because of it.
