Small WDW DVC resort contracts - current actual resale #s?

It has been awhile since I've followed the DVC resale figures. But I'm thinking of selling our two small contracts at one of the smaller WDW resorts. I bought them direct from DVC in the small amounts because small contracts seemed to generate a noticeably higher resale price and they sold faster than the larger contracts. Could some of you who are familiar with the recent sale prices of small contracts (less than 75 points) at WDW DVC resorts share that information with me to help me gauge whether this is the right time to sell and how much we might expect to receive?

Small contracts fly. If you look at the "Anybody Made ROFR?" threads, you will see what points are going for, with a breakdown of cost, available points, and point # in the contract.
