Small private party in Universal parks?

Has anyone ever planned a small private party inside one of the Universal theme parks?
I am interested in planning a small (about 10 people) surprise birthday party for my husband inside one of the parks.
I have been able to find info on private parties in Disney, but not much info about Universal.
Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks
