Small Kid Touring Plan for Universal?

Anyone have one? I'm going with my extended family -but they will all be heading for Harry Potter -so DH and I and out little ones (not quite 4) will be on or own most of the day. So what's our plan of attack?

I don't have any small kids but when we went with my 3 year old cousin we hung out in the Dr. Suess area of Universal and they have some kid play areas too. He had a blast!

there is also a great play area by jurasic park and then the good ship olive.

Dr Suess is in Islands of Adventure.
