Small home rental w/ private pool & hot tub?

Does such a thing exist?

DH, DD5 and I are planning a week-long trip in late January. I'd love to find a 1-2 bedroom rental within 15 minutes of WDW that has a private hot tub and small swimming pool. I've been searching VRBO and a couple of the other sites, but from what I've found so far I would need to book a 4 BR to get a hot tub. The prices are more than reasonable, but it just seems like a waste to have so much more space than we need.

I know Windsor Hills only starts the homes at 4 bedroom. Now you could get a 3 bedroom townhome with a splash pool. If you get pool heating, I think the splash pool could double as a hot tub (someone will probably correct me if I'm wrong).

Please note that the smallest private homes have 3 bedrooms - all 2 bedrooms rentals are condos.

When my husband and I go we usually get a 4 br home because we want a regular size pool and spa. It's no big deal, we live in a 3 br home so I don't think anything of it.
A couple of times we've rented 5 br just because we got a good deal. The smallest home with a pool and spa is 3 br and they are usually in the older subdivisions. The newer subdivisions have 4br as their smallest pool home.
