Anyone else out there run a small (fewer than 10 employees) business? I'm curious how you handle paid holidays - how many a year, paid for holiday if it falls on the weekend, etc. Besides myself and DH, we have 2 full-time employees and one part-time. It's time to update all of our policies and we're curious how others handle this. Thanks!
