Small amount of points left..what to do with them?

I have a small amount of points left (10) and really not sure what to do with them. I have looked at the rent/trade option but I can't transfer them because of being borrowed points. I don't really understand the renting process of such a small amount of points. Any suggestions? It's not a huge deal if I loose them, but just curious what others have done?

I see that you have a room at AKV in Oct. When do the 10 points expire? If there are any bankable points in the AKV reservation, maybe you could swap them for the 10 points.
