Slowest day and time to call WDW reservations?

I want to minimize time spent on hold. Is there a day/time when the phone lines may be less busy?

THe last time I called was five minutes before they closed the lines for the night. They answered right away and booked my trip within those five minutes.

I like to call Monday through Friday first thing in the morning. The worst time is the evening hours.

Sort of, but not exactly. As a PP said, the evening hours are the worst for calling. In the parks, the afternoon is the busiest time. But it is true that early morning is better for both.

Today at 2:30pm was a great time! Short wait (less then two minutes) and I had the best CM who booked my trip. He was amazing and so wonderful to talk to.
