I do need contacts or glasses my vision is very bad. But i have done one of those really cool contacts..

these are hard contacts that you sleep in at night and they correct your vision to 20/20 so durning the day you dont wear anything at all. This is the best thing ever i have done for my self. feel free to check it out here

I used to always wear contacts only and hated wearing my glasses and then my eyes just started "rejecting" my contacts!!! So now I have to wear my glasses b/c I can't see with my contacts in and they hurt so much...so I am now waiting to get Lasik eye surgery done.

Contacts only for me. The only time I wear glasses is when I'm getting ready for bed and I'm watching tv.

I'm wearing glasses right now because I lost my one remaining contact on vacation in October and haven't been able to replace them yet. I hate my glasses! I think they make me look about ten years older.

Glasses since I was 3 (yes, THREE).
Contacts since age 16.
These days I wear my glasses >75% of the time. I just got tired of dealing with the contacts even though I see better with them. Plus I like my new glasses.

I wore contacts/glasses for 20 years until July 2005 when I had LASIK surgery!!! I now have better than 20/20 vision!

I've worn glasses since I was 9 and contacts since I was 17. Now I wear my contacts all day. I only wear my glasses from the bathroom to the bedroom and in the morning when I first wake up. I hope to have LASIK this year though and put enough in my FSA to pay for it.

I've never worn contacts, because I tend to lose things.

I have reading glasses, but I need to go back to the doctor and get my vision checked again. I think I might need stronger ones for more than just reading.

I got my first pair of glasses when I was in the 5th grade, and switched to contacts just before the 9th grade. I wore contacts (first hard lenses, then gas-permeable lenses) for more than 30 years.

Then I had Lasik in 2001 - the best money I ever spent. I occasionally need reading glasses to read small print (I'm over 50), but it's wonderful not to need either glasses or contacts 99% of the time.
