slo's Tuesday poll - Fried Macaroni & Cheese

I love fried. I love macarroni and cheese. What's not to like?

Especially the Cheesecake Factory appetizer fried mac & cheese - that is some good stuff right there.

I tried this at Friday's, too. Not for me. Didn't HATE it, but not my thing.

As if mac n cheese isn't bad enough for us already, they now FRY it. Twinkies and Oreos, too. Maybe they could dip it in chocolate when they're done, cover the whole shooting match with buttercream frosting and drizzle some of those sugary fruit things on top.

There was a Frasier once where someone asked if he wanted to go for steak and he said, "Why not? The blood has just been flying through my arteries lately!" I thought of that when I saw FRIED mac n cheese.

This is not something I would have ever thought to try (or even knew existed), but this weekend we went to the Maryland Renaissance Fair, and I saw

Fried Mac & Cheese.... ON A STICK! It really looked good, but unfortunately, after the fish & chips, and then chocolate-dipped cheesecake (also on a stick) there just wasn't room!

And yes, I'll be eating lettuce for the next week!

I tried my son's at TGIF... he LOVES it.. I found it to be a major waste of calories!

But those fried Green beans??? AWESOME!!!!
