Sloppy Joes??

Does anyone have any good sloppy joes recipes other than just using the canned stuff?

We make ours with a can of tomato soup. Then add dried onion, and anything else you like, green pepper, celery, etc.

Mine is very simple. Just add ketchup until it is the desired consistancy. Add a touch of mustard also. I didn't think it would taste good, but a friend made it this way. It was yummy!

This is a "some-er" recipe for me (some of this & some of that) but I've put approximate measurements in for you.

Sloppy Joes

1 lb hamburger
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c mustard
1/4 c BBQ sauce
1/8 c vinegar
1/8 c brown sugar
1/8 c Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 c A-1© Steak Sauce

Brown meat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve in pita. (to keep it from falling out )

I use hamberger, tomato sauce and a spice packet for sloppy joe's. (Found by the seasonings)

I use this one. It is really good plus it hides some veggies in it and the family doesnt mind.
