There’s nothing like your own bed and there’s nothing like your side of the bed. For different reasons, many of us can’t have our normal side of the bed and then it’s hard to sleep for a few nights, because you aren’t used to it. So let’s get our Zzzzzzs on and talk about which side of the bed we sleep on.
Looking at the picture below……
Which side of the bed do you normally sleep on?
When you travel, do you keep that side, or do you sometimes have to switch it?
(multiple choice)
For Me……I’m on the right at home. I sometimes have to change that when we travel because my DH requires the side table and outlet for his CPAP machine. If I can stay on the right side then that’s a win, if not, then I’ll adjust. I am a creature of habit, so I do sleep best on the right side. My reason for the right side at home, is because it’s closer to the bedroom door - momma has to hear what’s going on with the kiddos. Nothing makes me jump out of bed, and dash out the door faster than a sick child or a sick dog. We’re empty nesters now, so that side doesn’t matter anymore, but that was the reason why I choose that side when we moved into this house.
