I take an over-50 women's multi in the morning, and an additional calcium/magnesium/zinc in the evening

I do not take a multivitamin, no. I *do* get a B12 shot every three months because my B12 is low.

I started taking one at the beginning of the pandemic, figured it couldn't hurt. Never got covid, and seldom ever get sick at all but that could be for a number of reasons.

I take two women’s multivitamin gummies every morning. I seldom forget to take them but mainly because I love gummy candy and really look forward to them 🤣.

I've never taken a multivitamin until this past summer. My bouts of brain fog were increasing so I decided to give the bottle I'd previously bought (but didn't take) a try. The vitamins are women's 50+ with all those B vitamins maxed out. I also started taking a daily magnesium. It has helped tremendously.

I started taking gummy multivitamins during Covid when they said vitamin D was so important. I can’t take a regular pill vitamin without getting nauseous, but I do okay with the gummy type. I keep the bottle on the table by my tv watching spot, so I remember to take them.

I don't take one. I figure as long as I'm eating healthy it's not needed unless the doctor says so.

Do you take a multi vitamin?
If yes….do you take a gender specific vitamin? And, do you take an age specific vitamin?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I do take a women’s multivitamin, and for the first time I recently bought a 50+ vitamin - that makes me feel old - LOL!

This is the one I take. I know it isn't as good as getting my vitamins through food, but I'm currently a student and have zero time to eat perfectly.

I had gastric bypass surgery in 2022 so I take Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) in a patch form because it bothers my stomach. Also D3, and B12. I normally take Riboflavin as part if my migraine regimen.

Ever since I had gastric sleeve surgery I've taken vitamin D regularly. I also have been taking biotin since the surgery for my hair and nails and I think it's helped. Finally, my orthopedist had me start taking calcium last spring in preparation for my knee replacement surgery.

My Gastro told me to stop taking them -said they weren't all that good for you and a waste of money. I haven't taken one for at least 5-years and feel as good as ever at 60. I do take specific supplements ...Vit. C & D, Fish Oil, and probiotic
My doctor told me they were a waste too
