In my house it depends on who buys them. If I buy them they are without lotion, if my wife buys them, they have lotion. I grew up in a family where everyone wore glasses, you'd grab a tissue and wipe your glasses. Don't do that with lotioned tissue, it doesn't end well. The one time a year I actually get sick, I prefer the lotioned, but the other 362 days of the year I prefer unlotioned.

Regular unless I’m sick then I pick up the lotion. I don’t get sick very often though. I don’t think the rest of the family cares.

I don't think I've ever used lotion ones. Are they are wet as wipes?
Did you know Neapolitan is over in another thread talking about space Nazis and yeast? I came here for the sanctuary of sanity that comes with topics about tissues, because I don't own a thunder blanket.

I buy regular ones 99% of the time. If I have a bad cold that lasts a long time I might buy a small box of the lotion ones, but not often. I usually just use regular lotion to treat irritated skin from nose blowing.

My DD bought us a small box of cloth tissues as a gift. They are easy to use, wash, and reuse. We almost never use paper ones any more, except when sick and blowing our noses a lot! Never bought the lotions one though.

Good luck finding tissues without the lotion stuff. Can't stand those ones. All that's on the shelves the past 2 months is tissues with lotion around me.

They are just very smooth and non absorbent. So you blow your nose and smear it across the top lip rather than it being contained in an absorbent tissue.

Regular 90% of the time, lotion when sick or when grandkids are over (allergies).

Usually whatever is on sale or whatever is around...I'll also use toilet paper or a napkin from a fast food place lol-not picky at all lol

Regular tissues. I don’t care for lotion, it does nothing for me and costs more. Also dislike any that are scented, and same for scented toilet paper.

Puff's with Lotion (I have never seen them with a fragrance). I use many a day as I have year-round allergies. Kleenex brand is too scratchy and having the lotion in them helps my nose not turn red from all the blowing.

We don't wear glasses, so their use is only for the nose.

With my allergies, I go through Kleenex like nobody's business. I purposely said Kleenex because I always buy that brand. Never lotion because like a PP they make me break out.

Regular because I also use them to clean my glasses d the lotion ones smugde them up.

Only buy lotion coated tissues when someone has a cold, which, thanks to handwashing/sanitizer use/masks and social distancing, hasn't hit our household since 2019.
I often use tissues to clean my eyeglasses, and of course, the lotion coated ones are useless for that.

Regular tissues only. The lotion tissues have a scent to them that bothers those of us with allergies or sinus issues. Also, I wear glasses and if I grab a lotion tissue to clean my glasses, they get streaky. Finally- let's face it, everything is expensive these days; I choose the cheapest of "whatever" that fulfills my family's needs!

This is me, too. Hate that! I'm not sure what my aunt buys for the downstairs, because I don't use them, but the ones I buy for my bedroom have none.
