Are you a golfer?
If yes…..Do you consider yourself a good golfer?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I am not a golfer, but I would LOVE to take lessons and learn.
Someday, once life isn’t so busy, I am really going to consider taking lessons.

I am not a golfer, but I don't have anything against it. I have never tried to play actual golf. Yes I have tried to swing at them before and I found it remarkably difficult to even hit the ball. Let alone make the ball go far or in a desirable direction.

When playing mini-golf, it is safe to just use a pen and write my name in last place because that is where I always finish.

So not - not coordinated enough for this sport 🤣🤣🤣 I can’t even do mini golf well

I tried playing golf in my 20s, and I just don’t have a good swing. I lost so many golf balls trying to learn it 😀.

I went to the driving range once….only once. After about a dozen swings-and-misses I gave up.

I do like playing mini golf once or twice every summer.

I am not a golfer. I have never actually tried to play (I'm terrible at miniature golf, so I'm sure actual golf would be a nightmare.) When I was in high school -- in the 1980s -- our school taught (boys only) to golf as part of gym class. Girls, on the other hand, had to learn tennis. I am equally bad at tennis. The only reason I passed that unit was because I could explain all the rules and I could DESCRIBE good technique... somehow, I just couldn't put it into action. I swear I think it'd take me 30 serves to do one "right."

My son invites me to play but I’m not really interested. He plays year round if he can. DD has clubs and will go with her brother and boyfriend, but she says she really just likes the scenery and to take pictures. 😂

I have golfed but not for probably nearly 50 years. I actually was on a work twilight league for a few years back then but really not much interest. Had my own clubs, but no more.

I am not a golfer and have no desire to be a golfer......and there are plenty of places to golf around here all year long. Looks too boring to me

I'm not a golfer and really don't have a desire to be. I would consider myself a mini-golfer though and try to play at least a few times a year.

Avid golfer - just average, however. Have played a lot more now that my boys are more into it as well.

Have always enjoyed golf. My experience over the years is that lots of people TALK like they are accomplished golfers and each probably has their own defintion of what that means. Anyone who claims to have a single digit handicap and doesn't regularly hit most greens in regulation isn't as good as they think they are. Many also think they are good at it until they are hitting their 3rd shot from 50 yds off the tee................LOL.

My only golf is mini-golf which I do really enjoy!
I was going to mention this. I remember Slo had a poll about this as well, and there was much rejoicing.

Mini-golf is where it's at, hands down. The professionals have large courses, major sponsorship deals, but not a single windmill to putt through?

Well color me Shania, because that don't impress me much.

Way back when I was a teenager, a local place had miniature golf, a driving range and a short course. I enjoyed the short course, and was decent at it (maybe the latter is responsible for the former!), but never went further than that. That land was sold off long ago for a housing development. I can’t remember the last time I even went to a driving range.

In the past few decades I have only played miniature golf, especially when the kids were younger. A few were rather challenging ones, no windmills and such, but that is the extent of my recent golf history. I think about looking into it again, but so far have not.
