I am at 5 cups a day. Mine is measured out precisely because I only use the K-cups. I lack the ability to make drinkable coffee otherwise. I always do black, I do not add anything to it.
I start off the morning with one cup of regular, then switch to decaf. Sometimes I will allow myself 2 cups of regular, but not too often.
It's like the first one is the best, I usually do some kind of flavored one (french vanilla, hazelnut, cinnabon, or whatever is seasonal). That's the one I have to just chill out and collect myself for the day.
The second one is the one where I start making plans to actually do something.
The third one is while I am up and actively getting ready.
4th/5th are the ones I put in my travel mug on my way out the door.
