I’m in the process of watching newer (made in the 2000s) animated movies that I haven’t had an opportunity to watch in the past. I’m watching these when I’m on the elliptical so I can really pay attention to them. So, I figured I’d give a review of these movies, because I’m assuming many of you may not have seen these either, and with my review you may want to watch it too.

Inspiration to watch these movies…..
*DD19 liking these movies and me knowing nothing about them
*Seeing these movies referenced at WDW and me knowing nothing about them
*Music from these movies that I’ve never heard, and if I have heard it, not knowing the story to go with it.
*Realizing that Disney is not just about the past, but about the present too

Today’s movie review - Wreck It Ralph

This movie was such a pleasant surprise - I give it to very enthusiastic
I‘m 51 years old and this movie took me back to my youth in a very fun way. I’m not going into details about the story, because I want it to be a surprise like it was for me. All I will say is I love the story, I love that I didn’t predict the end, I loved the voices used for the characters and I loved that it had dark moments, but it wasn’t a dark movie. Disney could easily turn this movie into an incredibly fun ride at the parks. So, when you have a free 95 minutes, take some time to watch this, you’ll be glad you did.

One of the best movies Disney has EVER done. Very few Disney movies I give my time to, but this is one of them!

Such a great movie!! I will say, I hate how #2 ended (won't say anything else, don't want to spoil it). I love Vanellope and Ralph plus the whole world is such fun!

For a really under the radar animated movie, I recommend watching Meet the Robinsons.

I remember being surprised how much I liked it the first time I saw Wreck It Ralph. Really is a fun movie. Unlike others, I enjoyed the second one too.
