My Dad and I used to love graham crackers in milk, with just a sprinkle of salt, as a cool lunch on a hot summer day. I still do.
And I have a Mock-a-Roon pie that I make with them - never bring any home when I take it to a potluck.

This is close, but I use pecans instead of walnuts.

When I was a nurse on a very busy ward (too busy to get a lunch break during a 12 hour shift), I made many a meal of peanut butter smeared on graham crackers.

It brings back bad memories at this point. LOL
