When you are in the shower/bath do you use bar soap or liquid soap to wash your body with? Also, are you a man or woman?

For Me…..I’m a woman and I use liquid soap.
I mainly use different soaps and scents that are on sale at the drug store or grocery store. The only time I use Bath & Body Works is if I receive it as a gift.

I'm a woman and I use both depending on my mood. 'My' half of the upstairs shower has a variety of soaps and body washes on the shelf. Right now I have a peppermint bar soap I've been enjoying quite a lot-I shower in the mornings and it's a real eye opener.

My favorite is Colonial Williamsburg Peppermint Liquid Soap.

I haven’t purchased bar soap in about 20+ years. I use liquid body wash in the shower.

DDs occasionally buy me scented bar soaps from fancy soap/fragrance boutiques for Christmas, and I’ll use bar soap in hotels if we travel by air. I bring along some body wash in a small plastic bottle if we go by car.

Oh, wait. I DO buy bar soap: Fels-Naptha for laundry.

I don’t shower at home, only bath and I find liquid soap to be a huge pain. The bottles are big and slippery when wet and it’s typically thick and settles to the bottom and you have to shake and squeeze it to get it out on the washcloth. Bar soap is much more straightforward. I always take a bar with me when we travel because lots of places only provide body wash now. We use foaming hand soap with a pump at all the sinks though.

Foaming hand soap in the bathrooms, and kitchen
For me liquid - Shower/ Bath wash... Dove for sensitive skin
Dh - Bar - Dove for men
For when my Grandson is over and spending the night, Dove kids for sensitive skin
In our Guest Bathroom, I have both liquid shower/Bath Wash along with travels size of bar soap for guest to use...

Briefly as empty nesters we used liquid soap because I found it cut down on the soap scum in the shower but when my son moved home he preferred bar soap so that's what we're back to using and, yes, the soap scum as reappeared to a point where I cannot keep up with it.

I use Beekman 1802 goat milk bar soaps in the shower, different scents.

Liquid foaming soaps at the sinks.

For me, bar soap, Irish Spring, in shower. We have foaming liquid pumps at the sinks. I buy a dozen or so Bath & Body Works online, all different scents, a few times a year.

Liquid soap for me in the shower, currently it’s a vanilla and brown sugar scent. My husband likes Irish sSpring bar soap (must be a guy thing), and we have liquid soap at all sinks.
