NYer here: Spinach - a big NO. If you are going to add green leaves, it should be fresh basil on a thin crust margherita pizza:

Living in the land of pizza, every pizzeria has many white pies. It’s more ricotta/mozz than a sauce.

Yes, I love a white pie and have red sauce added on top. That's because I love the ricotta in the white pizza, but still want the tomato sauce too. Dang, now I have to go get a slice!

Other. I don’t think I’ve ever had spinach on pizza (but I’d be willing to try it.) I’d want it with red sauce though. I don’t like white sauce.

I haven't tried spinach on pizza, but it sounds like a good thing to try. In general pizza terms, I seem to always get red sauce on pizza, but I have tried white before and it was pretty good.
