There’s so much to watch on TV today, especially when you have multiple streaming services. I was going to do a poll on TV series, but I decided to do it on Streaming Services, because there are so many of them. I talk to a lot of people every day and it’s amazing how many streaming services we all have - me included. So now I want to know how many streaming services you all have. I did a little research and according to Forbes, the top 11 streaming services from 1st to 11th are: sling, DIRECTV stream, Disney+, peacock, fubo, tv, philo, STARZ, Paramount+, Hulu live, NETFLIX. I’m very interested in your replies today, so let’s get started…….

*Please post the streaming services you have and how much you watch each of them. There’s a few streaming services that Forbes listed that I never heard of and I’m interested if any of you have them and how much you watch them.



For Me……We do pay for streaming services and we have: Hulu Bundle (Live, Disney+ & ESPN (I’m counting these as 3)), Amazon Prime, Netflix, Paramount+ and Peacock. I will turn on & off HBO Max and TV when there’s something we want to watch - we’ll watch it and then turn it off, so we only pay for one month (I love how they allow this and not make you commit to a long duration of time) - neither are currently used right now. So I have a total of 7 and we definitely use all 7. The one that is used the most is Hulu Live - it’s used every day, multiple times a day, so I/we can watch the local news.

I have cable and four streaming services - Peacock, Disney+, Netflix and Prime Video. I only actively pay for Peacock and Netflix though, the others are bundled with other things.

The kids love the streaming services. I occasionally use them. I'm still pretty happy with cable.

I pay for 6 streaming services. Hulu, ESPN, Discovery+, Peacock, Netflix and a sports streaming app. We also have access to Prime and Disney+ through other things we pay for. And use family members' logins for Paramount and Apple+. Somebody in my house will watch something on each of those apps at least once a week.

I mainly watch Hulu live and Peacock the most as I watch them every day - I got HBO for Game of Thrones and just kept it / the others I got to watch horse racing and Hulu live is my main TV provider and it provided Disney which I already had and ESPN which I didn’t need but was part of the bundle - Amazon often has movies I want to watch that the others do not have

Yes, we have streaming services.

Paid:
We have Netflix.... which I think it is getting too expensive
Disney+/Hulu... got in on the $3 per month deal for a year back around BF.
Peacock, got in on the BF deal for like $18 per year

Not paying a subscription:
Paramount+ (came free w/Walmart subscription) I feel as if this one is exactly worth what we are paying for it
MAX ...included in our phone plan somehow

I forgot Prime, it's actually my step-daughter's account, she has it logged in on our living room TV. I bet I have watched something on that maybe once or twice in the last year.

Oh wow, yea I forgot we have Youtube TV instead of cable or satellite dish. In my opinion it is a bit on the expensive side.... but it has worked very well for us. I like it a lot better than cable or satellite.

I have a bunch of them - I think 8 - most I get for "free" with Credit Cards and Special offers etc..
As I have said before these cards has very high fees so its not really free - but the benefits are more than the ridiculous fees overall.

I don't think any of the streaming services are worth it for the last few months if I had to actually pay - there is almost nothing on them and they have reduced their back libraries

The only one I pay for - and I tried not to - is YouTube premium - the commercials just got out of hand and they are doing all they can to stop add blockers - I'm sure I could work around it on the Roku if I spent the time on it - but every time I got something working they changed something on their side and it no longer worked.

Edit: BTW I don't have cable TV at all - I am still stuck with them for Internet

I think we're currently at 5. We use YouTube TV for our daily live TV and have Netflix, Max, Amazon Prime (although, like others, it's more about the Prime than the shows) and Apple TV+ (although we'll be dropping that soon).

We have antenna as well, and actually get a fair bit of TV from that, including local news.

We have a bunch: Prime, with Paramount, Britbox and a few other specialty ones added on, and Apple. Disney+ with Starz, Netflix and HBO are included in our cable package. We have premium cable but we watch very little, other than sports and news on network TV.

I have YouTube TV, Peacock, Paramount + that I watch regularly. I have Disney but don't use it as much.
DH pays for Netflix, gets Hulu via cell service and Max via cable.

While it's technically streaming, I don't consider cable alternatives like Hulu Live, YouTubeTV, etc. to be streaming services as this is something people usually get to ensure they have local channel access.

We currently have Netflix, Prime, AppleTV+, Peacock, ESPN+, Disney, and Hulu. We are actually about to drop AppleTV+ and will pick it back up as we get closer to the holidays. Once softball season ends, we will drop ESPN+ and pick MAX back up. We've had Paramount+ in the past but didn't find much on there to watch outside of some old shows and new Dexter material.

We have YouTube tv (its like cable really), Netflix, Disney+/hulu bundle, paramount tv, Apple TV, Brit box, and Viki (Korean shows my -oldest DD likes them). We also have Amazon Prime for the streaming and the free delivery. I put 6 on the poll but we actually have 8 now that I type them out. And something weirds been going on with my Netflix, it’s all different names on the individual accounts on the main screen and we’re locked out of them! Trying to figure that out now. I think we signed into our Netflix on the tv in our BRV room in January and never signed out, so that may be why?
