Disney’s Stitch, from Lilo and Stitch, has become enormously popular now, which surprises me, since he’s an older character - Lilo and Stitch debuted in 2002. I often wonder if all the people (especially younger people) that are mega Stitch fans have seen the movie .

What is your opinion of Stitch?
Have you seen the movie Lilo and Stitch?

For Me…..I’ve always been a Stitch fan, but I don’t need lot’s of Stitch things, like I do for Snow White or Mickey Mouse. I do have a few Stitch items that I love. I have seen the movie many many times, because it was one of DD25’s favorites. I always loved Lilo because she really reminds me of DD25, especially when that movie came out.

DD19 is a MEGA Stitch fan - she loves loves loves him. She has seen the movie too when she was little, and she recently rewatched it.

Love the movie huge fan I have several pieces of artwork and several stitch items I think he’s adorable
I watch the movie every time it’s on the Disney Channel or I go on streaming and watch it and get all the figurines from McDonald’s from when the movie came out I’ve got snow globes - I’ve got a bunch of stitch and Lilo stuff

He's okay. No ill will towards him, ha. I did see the movie, I think at a dis meet back then. Maybe you were at that one also, Sandy?

I think Disney overdid his promotion a bit after the movie. He was everywhere.

My 7 year old granddaughter, Delaney, has a stuffed Stitch she carries around now.

I do like the main song in the movie, Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride. Such a fun sounding song, great vocal harmonies.

Not the grand kids favorite.

Love Stitch and adore the movie. I remember counting down the days for it to come out and it’s one of older DD’s core memories. It was a HUGE deal for my stepfather a native Hawaiian.

I haven't seen the movie, but I kind of see why he's a popular standout character. He's cute. ...A bit like Orange Bird (although without the retro Florida vibes of OB, which I like).

I didn't get into Lilo & Stitch until more recently. I didn't realize that it had such a consistent sci-fi universe. I watched the movies and the series, which is pretty great. I don't know if I would say that Stitch is the main reason that I like it though, but I very much appreciate the entire world.

Also, I love me the heck out of "Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride"!

Never seen the movie, but loved the Stitch attraction that was in MK (Stitch’s Escape)??? & my middle granddaughter is obsessed with Stitch!
In Jan, we stopped at the Poly to look around, and there were enormous plushy-stuffies of Stitch & Angel. Guess who got to carry them around WDW for the rest of the day

I have seen the movie a few times. Stitch is "fine" but I wouldn't call myself a Stitch fan.

However, when my son (now almost 23) was early high school age, we went to WDW. He decided he was too old for characters... and did not want to meet any of them. "Don't even ask. I'm not doing it." We stopped for dole whip at Aloha Isle and Stitch was greeting right next to it. My son actually SUGGESTED getting a photo with Stitch and waited in line for it. (So Stitch has a fond place in a tiny corner of my heart for that reason. Overall, it was a good trip. He wasn't doing the whole "Disney is for babies. I don't want to be here." thing, but he was definitely into different stuff at Disney than he had been when he was younger. But I was happy to see a little glimpse of my little boy. )
