I am a bubble hater too. I hate when bubbles go in my face or get all over my phone or camera. If they can use them where they won’t impact other people, okay.
I know how you operate my friend...you just wanted to show off the emoji 😝🤪😜😂

I’m also a bubble hater. I would feel differently if there was bubble etiquette but I’m often hit in the face with them when moving is not an option. The last time I rode haunted mansion we were paused and I was hit by them the entire time.

That would be really annoying :headache:

Yeah, no - not on a ride. That's not cool!

It’s hard for me to get annoyed with little kids - they’re just having fun and living their best life - it’s the parents that are ok with their kids bubbles being spewed out all over the place when they shouldn’t be that I get annoyed with. Our last night at the MK we were waiting for fireworks and this cute little girl was blowing bubbles non-stop and the wind was blowing them right in our faces. I very overdramatically waved them away because they were literally going in my mouth when I was talking. Plus, I don’t want all that residue on my clothes and in my hair. The mom finally turned it off. Someone here mentioned they wish Disney would stop selling them - I’ll sign that petition - hand it over when it’s ready - LOL!

If it has to come to that, OK.

It is definitely on the parents to control their kids and when the bubbles are allowed. Generally they don't bother me, but in a crowd like that, it would be bad.

YES!!! Finally someone says it. I used to love bubbles when I was young but those wands are too much. Every time we sit for the parade, it never fails that someone will be pushing a stroller with a kid that has their bubble wand on and spraying it at those sitting on the curb as they walk by. We like to use that time to grab a snack and I end up with soap residue on my Mickey pretzel or ice cream :(

Add me to the list to sign the petition to stop the bubble wands.

I thought they were cute the first time I saw them at Disneyland. Now, it seems like every child in the park has one and it is all bubbles all the time in some places. UGH! I am most annoyed when I am in dining location and often outside, but at a table and chairs where people will be eating, and there is some child with oblivious parents letting the kid bubble away and the bubbles are getting in the food of all those around the family, but somehow never in their food.

How much do those bubble machines cost? I suppose $20 or more? And bottles of soap refills? Maybe $5 or more?

I’d have to ask Katie (she’s not here now). She priced them out and was then counting how many kids had them while we staked out our fireworks spot for 1 1/2 hours - she counted up to well over $200. This is what she was doing to pass the time - LOL!!

My kids never asked for them, but if they did, I'd get them and let them blow them in an uncrowded spot. I can't see using them in line, but if we needed some downtime, we'd probably go off to the side somewhere and chill/blow bubbles.

I have an autistic daughter and she loves bubbles. I wouldn't let her blow them in the parks but back at the hotel yes. At home she is only allowed to blow them outside.
