For many of us….it’s finally that time of year that we can finally enjoy sitting outside without freezing. There’s all sorts of patio furniture, but today we are discussing Zero Gravity Chairs. I’m wondering today…..

Do you have a Zero Gravity Chair?
If yes…..what’s your opinion on it and how often do you use it?
(multiple choice)

For Me……We used to, but it got kinda nasty from being stored in the garage so we threw it out about 5-6 years ago. I think I'm going to buy my DH one for Father’s Day this year, because I know he’ll use it more now, than he did back then (we’re home more now). I just bought use some nice patio furniture, but it’s not furniture to recline in, and I know he’d like to recline sometimes. I’m kinda excited, because I never know what to buy him for gifts and I do this year :woohoo:

We have a couple of those, they are pretty good. We keep them in the garage so that they don't get too dirty. I prefer a regular chaise lounge for sitting outside, so I don't use them often. The zero gravity chairs are definitely pretty nice.

I'm a regular patio chair sitter. DH would probably like it but would struggle to get in and out of it.

We used to but they didn't last long in our heat.
Now just an all metal frame lounge with a nice soft pad

I do not have one. Our backyard doesn't really have a place to sit out and relax.

Friends have those and just seems like a clever name for a lawn chair. Didn't really find anything special about sitting on them.

To most people 'zero gravity' would likely imply 'weightless', so it is just a clever name the marketing people gave it.

We have several of them. DH uses them more than I do.

I have one that was given to me as a gift. It is comfortable and I like it okay. Used it a lot when I first got it, but not so much anymore. I don’t want to leave it out, so it’s more of an inconvenience. The metal frame got a bit of rust from being in the rain a few times. Honestly, I prefer the Adirondack chairs we have, with footstools.

I used to have one but it got old and weather beaten.

My bed frame has a zero gravity setting. It’s kind of cool. Though I don’t use it very often.

Never heard of them either. What is the purpose versus a regular outdoor chair?

Not sure exactly what this is, but if you think your DH would like it I think it's a very nice gift idea. I can assure you that any chair with me sitting in it has plenty of gravity.
:earboy2:

I won one in a raffle at the Jack and Jill I attended last weekend. I’m not sure I would have spent the money for it but it’s super comfy and we have a large patio/yard so space isn’t an issue.

DH used to have one, but too much time out in the elements eventually wore it out. I actually like chairs that don't move a little better.
