🎃 Happy Halloween! 👻
One thing I love to do is dress for the holidays and Halloween is definitely one of those holidays I have fun with - I’ve worn a different Halloween item every day this week. Now that Halloween is here, I’m wondering what you all will be wearing today. Will it be a Halloween shirt? Will it be a head piece? Will it be something orange without a Halloween graphic on it? Will it be a costume? There’s many ways we can all dress for Halloween. So, give us your dresses up answer today…..

Will you dress for Halloween today?
If yes…..how?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..As I mentioned above, yes I will be. I will be wearing to work an orange shirt that has Mickey ::MickeyModressed up as mummy (so cute), a big spider headpiece and Halloween socks. I really do love dressing for the holidays. I recently bought myself a new Disney Thanksgiving sweatshirt and a super fun Rudolph sweater. My Christmas sweaters and sweatshirts has grown into quite the collection. Pretty soon I’ll have something for every day in December. I hope you all enjoy your Halloween today, even if it’s just an average Friday.

This is my first year that I am not helping with a preschool/elementary school Halloween party. I have decided to "retire" my Halloween attire for at least this year.

I have a Disney Halloween shirt I have been wearing frequently, but I just washed it yesterday and I don’t think I will be seeing anyone today, so I put it away and am just wearing normal clothes. I am all purple today, which I guess some would consider a Halloween color though.

Back when we fully decorated house and had lots of Trick or Treaters I was FULLY dressed head to toe and makeup ~ undead. Every year different face and slightly different clothing but always included my furry friends stole.

This was one year ...

These days our street has only a handful of kids and they go to big neighborhoods. So no decorating outside or handing out candy. I tried last year but had 2 kids (brother and sister) and they were not neighbors. So DH and I are taking DS#1 to the movies to see STITCHEAD in our Halloween shirts (and socks) and then going out for ice cream. Hopefully by time we come home all will be quiet. He loves Halloween and would like to dress up and go trick or treating but it has become an anxiety and struggle because we have to go to another neighborhood .... MNSSHP was his big night.

I'm torn. I plan to dress up but I don't know which route I want to go.

1. I have a Sally costume I just pulled out of my closet. I have the wig and a pair of shoes that will work well but I don't have the bluish body paint to pull off the complete look. I also plan to sit outside and enjoy the cool weather we're having. So, it's not the warmest option for such an evening. I have a Jack Skellington mask that DH could wear if we wanted to go as a couple.

2. It's silly, but I thought about going as an early 90s version of me. With shackets being all the rage this fall, I have some proper plaid to pull off the grunge look, I still own a pair of tall Wigwam socks in a butterscotch color that coordinates with the plaid, I got a high pair of Docs back in the spring that also work well with this look, and I found one of my old sorority hats that just happens to go with the colors and still has some "vintage paint" on it from some kind of silly activity. I would certainly be warm and comfy in this option but I'm not sure if many would get that it's a costume.

I'm currently still in my exercise clothes, but when I leave the house later I will either wear a Halloween sweatshirt or an orange T and black sweater - definitely with Halloween socks! I have some pumpkin earrings, and maybe something for my hair - I'll have to look.

Halloween socks, black pants, Disney Halloween t shirt, my Halloween Disney ears, some orange necklaces and glow stick necklaces. It’s gonna be cold sitting out tonight giving out candy so i’ll probably have my winter coat on.

I'm wearing a rust colored shirt and a black sweater; I was going to wear the brown cardigan but swapped to the black in honor of the day. I also am wearing my candy corn socks.
