The way it was explained to me was an elf is someone who already sent but who is willing to send extra of whatever the exchange is in the event that someone who signed up is unable to send theirs out. That way everyone who signed up gets something. Did that make any sense?

FYI, I was in JCPenney and they have the cutest slipper out for Spring! They were terry thongs! (No not that kind of thong!) They were super soft terry material but in the style of a flip-flop. I love slippers and I love flip-flops so these are the best of both worlds IMO. And I might add they were on sale too! Might have to run back tomorrow and grab a pair for myself.

See how much fun this can be. And I saw alot of extras that I think will fit in my package perfect with this theme. Can't wait. And this is great for the kids too. Lots of cute kids slippers out there. Makes me want to be a kid again!
