Slinky Dog Dash, EMH, no FP, and new bus drop off point

Hi All,
Heading to the world next week, and was not able to get FP for SDD, so I thought I would do RD on the EMH day. Now I see that there is a new bus drop-off point at DHS that is farther away than previously.

Any strategies for SDD on EMH day at RD?

Should I skip the bus and Uber over? If so, where is the passenger drop off point now?

If I take the bus from Old Key West, approximately what time should I try to arrive at DHS (I like being near the front of the RD crowd as I am not a power walker)?

We did rope drop last week and again today from poly. I would Uber over if I were to do it again.

Used the ap last week and caught a bus around 6:25. We were in HS about 6:45 and waiting in the group for rope drop at 6:55ish. Slinky was down that morning but we still did the two other rides multiple times before 8.

Today we couldn’t get a bus until 6:37. We waited about 20 minutes at the stop for it (ap wasn’t working for me so not sure if that was first bus or whether we just missed one). That meant we were not in to HS until after 7 and slinky was an hour wait by the time we walked back to it. Skipped slinky and still could only do the other two rides once before 8.

I wish we would have taken an Uber to get there before 7. We just didn’t think of it in the moment.

Hi- we went to HS last Saturday- EMH was at 7am. Arrived at HS at 6:15on regular Disney bus, walked the long stretch to the entrance, was in the park at the entrance by 6:20

Park opened early at 6:45- whole crowd was walked up to SDD by a row of CM’s - stay to the right, SDD line entrance is on the far right

We were on first SD coaster to go out, rode AS2 and then TSM 2x & had time to try a toaster pastry at Woodys lunch box
