Hello everyone, may I come back again and join your group?

I belonged awhile back, but got lazy and gave up on my good eating habits and exercising. :(

I had lost 40 pounds (25+ while I was a WISH member) a couple years ago, but slowly gained 18 back.

This is the year I turn 50, and I want to be "50 and Fit" and not "50 and Fat."

So! Once again I am tip toeing back in and hope you don't mind. :guilty:

I am back on track with my dieting (1300 or less calories per day for now) and exercising to my "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD's.

I want to get those 18 pounds back off, plus another 15-20 this year.

I know this is a great place to give and receive encouragement.

I'm another WISHer who's been MIA for quite a while now. I've only come back in the last few days. I was finding it really difficult to come back, but at the beginning of the year I thought that I'd have a nosey and see who was on here and I saw the thread that Melanie started and I knew that it was time for me to come back, now I feel like I've never been away! ::yes:: I was doing WWs but it wasn't really working for me, and it's so easy to get back into bad habits. So I've decided to get back on track by counting calories and eating healthier! I've only been doing this for three days but I already feel so much better! :thumbsup2
 
WELCOME BACK! And don't worry - we're all in the same boat. I lost 19 lbs last year, and gained it back too...

We're here to support each other, and not judge each other.

I started on the 2nd (couldn't start the 1st with football and left-over munchies from the night before, ha ha!) so I'm into my 4th day and it's going GREAT!! My willpower is awesome, my attitude is wonderful and I'm HAPPIER than I've been in MONTHS!! :cool1:

And I know with the help of the great people here, I will succeed!! :yay:
