Hello everyone, may I come back again and join your group?
I belonged awhile back, but got lazy and gave up on my good eating habits and exercising.
I had lost 40 pounds (25+ while I was a WISH member) a couple years ago, but slowly gained 18 back.
This is the year I turn 50, and I want to be "50 and Fit" and not "50 and Fat."
So! Once again I am tip toeing back in and hope you don't mind.
I am back on track with my dieting (1300 or less calories per day for now) and exercising to my "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD's.
I want to get those 18 pounds back off, plus another 15-20 this year.
I know this is a great place to give and receive encouragement.

I was doing WWs but it wasn't really working for me, and it's so easy to get back into bad habits. So I've decided to get back on track by counting calories and eating healthier! I've only been doing this for three days but I already feel so much better!
