Sears just delivered a brand new dryer. Upon closer inspection, there is a two-inch long scratch that's almost a crack on the control panel. The dryer wasn't cheap - $1200. But was a pain to get into my laundry room - had to remove one door. Would you have Sears come back to replace it with another dryer or would you say "what the heck, it'll probably look like this in a year anyway?" I need some unbiased opinions because I'm so angry at DH (who accepted delivery and signed off on the condition of the dryer) that I can't think straight right now.
