Slide mounts?

Where do you purchase them? I'd like to try them. I've never found them at ACM and I haven't looked for them at M's. What's a reasonable price? If you mention a particular store, what department within that store?

i bought some plain white ones at michaels. there near all the scrapbooking glue. and i also have a sizzix die for them. hope this helps!

I've also used the ones off the Christmas Cheer... The Silouette (somebody help me spell today!) feature... I also have the sizzix set too that I love!!!!

When I started scrapbooking about a year ago, I could find slide mounts at my local Jo-Ann's. However, they revamped and no longer carry them at my store. I thought they were horrendously priced (something like 3 for $2.50)We have had a new LSS open though, and the owner was able to get slide mounts from a store that had closed. Now I can get them for 10 cents each-such a bargain compared to Jo-Ann's.

After seeing the prices at Jo-Ann's, I had gone to a local camera shop to see where they got theirs. They directed me to another camera store and said they were the only one in our area that sold them. I didn't get a price from them though.

My LSS hast he plastic ones 10/1.00

I have also seen them on ebay for a good price but I didn't need a thousand.

One of my LSS here is "Ben Franklin, Too" which is a Ben Franklin that is all about scrapbooking, and they have many diff. colors of square and round plastic slide mounts at about 10 for a $1. Actually, I forget I have them and so I never use them! I need to change that and try using some!
