Slickdeals...Reliable to do business with?

DH has found an item for a good price on Slickdeals, but some reviews of the site are negative. (Not a minor purchase, so we want to be cautious.) What has been your experience with Slickdeals? Thanks!

Slickdeals doesn't usually sell stuff. They list deals people have found in other places. You would want to know the merchant you are buying from and ask about them.

Also, check out peoples comments. On Slickdeals people are pretty quick to say if the site isn't one they'd buy from.

Agreed, I've been following slickdeals.net for years and it's the best place to find out if a deal is really a deal, the comments posted will let you know.

I find great deals on this website, Got 3 under Armor sweatshirts for 25.00. They are great.

A similar site is fatwallet. THe forums are a great way to learn about hot deals. I usually link through it when online shopping for cash back rewards and pay with a rewards card to max the benefit.
