I just booked one of these less than an hour ago !!

I believe you can book it 90days out. From what I hear on these boards, the can book up pretty quick. I did however just call for my early Dec trip and got my first choice. So I guess it all depends on when you go.

POR also have a horse and buggy ride (which is basically what this one is, just dressed up to look like a sleigh- since it doesn't often snow in FL). The one I got leaves out of WL and tours the grounds, its a 1/2 hr and $30 (per carriage) inc tax.

When I called for December 18th, they only had one more slot left after the one I booked (5:30pm). We also booked the Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner.

This sounds like a lot of fun!! Has anyone ever been on one before? Is it worth the money? I orginally had thought it was $30 a person! $30 per buggy isn't too bad. Hmmm... does this sell out quickly?

Suzanne, we booked the sleigh ride for the 17th at 630 with dinner at WCC at 720!! Great minds think alike!!! I sure do wish our countdown would go faster!

Michelle, We are doing MVMCP the same night you are doing the Sleigh Ride.

Where are you staying? On-property?

Suzanne, We are staying off property. We bought into one of the BIG time shares there. We are doing MVMCP on Tuesday, the 14th. PS for Crystal Palace at 430. We'll have to compare notes once we are at sea!

and LOVED it.

John was our driver and was great.

We had a very clear evening and you could see the moonlight thru the trees. Just fab.

Later that week, John was driving a carriage in the MvMCP parade. We yelled his name and he waved to us. That made the kids night.

BTY, We tipped John 10.00 for such a wonderful ride. He seemed suprised that we would do that. I thought..We tip illun. capt., why not for a sheigh ride??

I just booked our sleigh ride for 12/15 9:30pm....I wanted the 10 slot on the 13th but it was taken.....they seemed to be pretty booked for my entire week!

I am looking forward to it though!
