Sleigh "Cruise" - Polynesian

I've been calling for several days to book the Sleigh Ride out of Wilderness Lodge (not open yet - even though I'm within 90 days...).

The Cast Member said today that they "tested" a Sleigh Cruise last year out of the Polynesian hotel that went well -- he said that his "button" for that was still greyed out, but that they were going to have it this year.

He said that it was on a pontoon boat and that they sang carols and had cocoa -- sounds perfect for my kids (3,6) and their grandparents.

Anybody know any additional detail?

I would love to do this also. I have not heard of it before. I just called and the nice man said that they had them before, but he had no info about having them this year. He said to continue checking. Melissa

I have been trying to get more info about this for the past 2 months. Last year is was called the "7 Seas Sleigh Boat Cruise" (I think) and it ran from Dec. 15th through the 22nd. Some CMs say there is and never was such a thing. Some say last year, but not this year. The third response is that it IS coming, but it is not released yet and keep calling. I have talked to The POLY, the POLY marina. the recreation line and the specialty boat line. The CMs have passed me around, taken my number, and promised to call me back with the "correct" info. Still waiting on those 3 calls. I just gave up and went for the Wishes cruise. I called private dining at the POLY and ordered hot chocolate, cookies, brownies, strawberries, and such. If anyone hears some good info., PLEASE pass it along. Melissa
