Sleepy Hollow waffles

Our family’s love affair with Sleepy Hollow started waaaaay back with the ice cream cookie sandwich. It expanded to the waffles, with my favourite ever MVMCP treat being a pumpkin spice waffle with ice cream. We never left the park without stopping in for the Nutella and Spiced Chicken waffles. Safe to say, we won’t be going to Sleepy Hollow during our Nov trip. We will just have to get our fill of waffles at home. I have both a Belgian waffle maker and the awesome mini Mickey head one, and having everyone over for a waffle smorgasbord is always fun.
