Sleepy Hollow - DF/GF Waffles?

I was just looking at menus for around the parks and noticed we've never gone to Sleepy Hollow. I see they have waffles there but can they also make the dairy free/gluten free waffles there as well? I know we've eaten them at most resorts and table service places but I wasn't sure if they had the equipment to do this as Sleepy Hollow.

I tried searching the internet and didn't come up with anything. Just wondering what everyone's experiences (if any) were.

I only found this (it says no GF option) and I don't know how old the response is. Always possible that it has changed.

They don't list any gluten free options for Sleepy Hollow on the allergy info sheets. The entire kitchen area is essentially one big room where they are making funnel cakes, waffles, and cookie sandwiches so cross contam would be a huge concern there. I'm not gluten free but with my other allergies they are pretty hesitant to serve me due to cross contam concerns. They just aren't set up as an allergy friendly location.

For some reason I thought they had baked potatoes and I wondered if that would be a safe option?

They do not have baked potatoes but the fruit stand near the riverboat does

That's right, DCDisney. The fruit stand is where I saw the baked potatoes. And corn on the cob, I think? We had baked potatoes for a gluten free lunch snack in Disneyland it was great with some veggie toppings for a lighter option.
