sleeping 4 in CAT 12

Is there enough room for 4 in a cat 12 .Is it true but cat 12 sleep mainly 2

You can not book a room that sleeps less than the number assigned to the room. If you book a CAT 12 that sleeps 4, it sleeps 4.

I thought I had been told before that the difference between a cat 11 and 12 is that the 12 only will sleep three, but I was able to book a cat 12 gty from Vacationstogo.com for the four of us. Anyone know the difference?

They will book category 12 as a guarantee for 4 people, but you'll never stay in an actual cat 12 stateroom as they cannot accommodate more than 3 guests.
