Sleeper sofas at Grand Villas at BLT

My family and I have booked the grand villa at BLT for my 60th
birthday. My youngest DD has just told me that the young man she has been dating will be joining us. I just want to confirm that there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and the upstairs bedroom area. I think its the hallway.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements for our group with a new addition.

Yes, you are correct - sleeper sofa in living room (queen size), and sleeper sofa in upstairs area between the two bedrooms (full size).
