DH and I think we want one of these beds. Hopefully we will love it, but wondered if anyone had any experience with returning it during the trial period. If so, was it a big hassle? We plan on visiting a store and really checking it out before we commit but the thought of spending that much money and hating it scares me so bad.

Nope. We've had ours about 5 years and love it. My parents have two. My sister has one and they have had theirs longer than we have and they all love theirs. You do need to check it out. They'll help you decide and set some numbers. We bought a top of the line. For our king size we spent about 3K-they do one year same as cash financing which we used. But, they had less expensive models too.

Not me, but my best friend did the trial and didn't like the bed. The return wasn't a hassle though they did charge a $199 pick-up fee on top of whatever they charged her to deliver it (she paid a little less than $400 in delivery fees total). They kept trying to sell her into just trying it for one more night in hopes of her trial expiring but after a few firm "no, thanks" they picked it up.

my friend did. she got it a few years ago, I was visiting her when it came. I remember trying it out and not being impressed but she and her dh were really excited about it. that lasted about a week or so. I remember it cost them $ to return it, but in the end it was the best decision for them.

Nope. Love love love it! Thinking about getting a king though and we'll put the queen in the guest room. I'll have some happy kids if I do that. :rotfl:

Thanks for the replies. We just need to choose which bed to try and wondered if the return was stressful. I guess that just depends on the dealer. We can deal with return fees but hopefully won't run into any high pressure to keep something we don't like. Of course, our goal is to choose the right bed and not have to return it. Thanks again for the replies.
