We'll be arriving next Wed 5/17 for 4 nights. As of yet we haven't heard from concierge by mail or email. Are we supposed to hear from someone? Is it too early? TIA for any guidance!

From what I've read here on the boards lately, they aren't always sending out emails anymore. We have always gotten them in the past but not for our upcoming trip this time. Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you need something though! Have a great time.

There are small bottles of Dasani water usually out most of the time in the lounge on the table behind the CL CM desk or the CL desk itself. There will be a large bottle of Dasani in your room when you check-in that may/may not get replenished by housekeeping (some days it was, some days it wasn't for us). Info accurate as of April 2017.
