You can take it between the parks but have to transfer between lines at the CBR hub.

All routes lead to CBR. Then it splits into whether you are headed to HS or EPCOT (or Art of Animation/ Pop).

Yes, with an easy transfer at Caribbean Beach Resort, you can. I disagree that walking is faster.

Each leg goes to CBR where you can transfer.

From Caribbean Beach it’s 5 minutes to Riviera or 9 minutes to EPcot (4 minutes longer). The HS and AoA/Pop legs are 6 minutes each.

The lines are busiest around park open/close and the hopping hour of 2pm. They’re not always going to be horrible at these times but it’s probably worth planning around... like if you’re doing HS ropedrop try to get there early enough to be towards the front of line, or don’t leave EP right at a 9pm closing (linger around the shops or get out at 8/8:30p).

I had to go look at this because I've done both and they seemed similar.

-It is 1 mile from HS station to International Gateway station. About 20 minutes at normal walking pace.
-Skyliner is about 15 minutes between the two assuming no slowdowns or lines. That does not include walking between the two lines.

So... it's basically a wash. Skyliner is quicker when everything is perfect but walking will be quicker at times when things aren't optimal. Pick the one you feel like.

You can also take the boat.
When you’re coming out of International gateway look at the boat and the Skyliner. If the Skyliner line is short or the boat is just pulling up to a small line then save your feet

Of course, some people seem to like riding the Skyliner just for the enjoyment of it, in which case it's worth it even if it's not as fast as walking.
