Planning a quick December trip to check out Rise.
What is everyone's thoughts on which hotel to stay at that would take best advantage of the Skyliner?

thanks

The three separate Skyliner lines all meet at the Hub station at CBR. The quickest access to DHS is from there (5-6 min trip). The CBR station gives you access to all the lines without having to transfer. I suspect that CBR will become a very popular resort.

CBR is central

But I wonder how or if the crowds transferring between parks or to POP/AofA will impact the vibe of CBR.

Why would it? The station is at one corner of CBR. Maybe you'll get some people wanting to try out Spyglass or Sebastian's instead of the dining options at Pop/AoA, but most Pop/AoA guests are unlikely to venture out to explore at all.

I think plenty of people will stop in at CBR at some point during their trip to check out CBR. Especially people who are treating it as a ride. You need to disembark anyways. Why not take a trip from HS or Epcot and check out a new resort? I know I would.

We’re staying at POP and plan to eat at CBR and boardwalk area during our trip. I think CBR and Riviera will both be much busier than comparable resorts not on the Skyliner line.

I'll be right there with you guys. I just think us resort-hoppers are a small percentage of total guests, and you'll also get CBR/Riv guests heading over to Boardwalk/Yacht/Beach Club to eat too partially balancing out new people coming in.
